CONFERENCE CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY

If you have paid your registration fee but do not turn up or participate in the Conference for whatever reason you will have deemed to have cancelled your participation and no refund will be given.

The following is the CMJA cancellation policy:
BEFORE 20 June 2026 full refund less admin fee of £70
BEFORE 20 July 2026 less cancellation charge of £120
AFTER 20 JULY 2026– no refund
CMJA reserve the right to amend or cancel the event or to amend the terms and condition of registration where deemed necessary. In the event of cancellation of the conference, a full refund of any registration fees less admin cost will be paid but the organisers will accept no further liability. The CMJA reserves the right to change/or substitute events advertised in the programme.
