Conference Cancellation and No Show Policy

If you have paid your registration fee but do not turn up or participate in the Conference for whatever reason you will have deemed to have cancelled your participation and no refund will be given.

Up to 90 days prior (20 June 2025) full refund less bank charges and an admin charge of £70.
Up to 60 days prior (20 July 2025) less bank charges and cancellation charge of £120.
Less than 60 days before start of conference – no refund.

CMJA reserve the right to amend or cancel the event or to amend the terms and condition of registration where deemed necessary. In the event of cancellation of the conference, a full refund of any registration fees less admin cost will be paid but the organisers will accept no further liability.
