Accompanying Guest Fee includes:
Attendance at Opening ceremony; Attendance at welcome reception, evening functions and closing dinner; Participation in the accompanying guest’s programme of tours -see below.
The Local Organising Committee has arranged an interesting programme for accompanying guests which will include a tour of Dar-Es-Salaam, visits to the Museum of Culture (showcasing the 120 different tribes of Tanzania), the National Museum, the Crafts Market as well as day visit to Bagamoyo, an historical town where the oldest city from the 12th century had been excavated; where the Arabs first met the indigenous populations and were the Swahili Culture was first developed.
CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY
Up to 90 days prior (24 June 2017) full refund less bank charges and admin fee of £30.
Up to 60 days prior (24 July 2017) less bank charges and cancellation charge of £90.
Less than 60 days before start of conference – no refund.
All registration fees need to be paid IN FULL IN ADVANCE TO THE CMJA in GBP £ (see address below). If we do not receive the payment at the time of registration or within 30 days, your place will be forfeit and made available to new registrants.
All bank charges are the responsibility of the payee and must be paid at source. Any shortfalls will be charged on site if not covered in the original payment. If paying by bank transfer, please include the NAME OF THE DELEGATE AND CMJA INVOICE NUMBER on the copy of the transfer instructions.
CMJA reserve the right to amend or cancel the event or to amend the terms and condition of registration where deemed necessary. In the event of cancellation of the conference, a full refund of any registration fees less admin cost will be paid but the organisers will accept no further liability.
